Anne Strenos, Chief Design Officer for the city of Helsinki was one of the first individuals to be appointed to this role for any city worldwide.
A former architect, she uses design thinking to understand the needs of a city and has been known to she everything visually from vision maps to timelines to use as discussion catalysts with her team and those who visit her office.
